All nursing practitioners interested in working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must take and pass the Saudi Ministry of Health (PROMETRIC-RN) examination. After passing this test, nurses with two years of experience can work as registered nurses, and Diploma Nurses with two years of experience can work as nurse technicians. Nurses in both categories must pass the PROMETRIC-RN exam administered by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
